Rick Noffke - Hi, I am one of the founding members of Absolute Supply. At work, I oversee inside sales and also attend to administrative responsibilities. I am very involved with our maintenance engineer and specialize in high pressure pump rebuilds and repairs. Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors, working on multiple mechanical projects in my garage and spending time with my wife, Jill, and two sons, Jack and Ben. My sons and I enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, riding atv's and any other kind of trouble we can get into over the weekend.
Mike Smith
Mike Smith - Inside Sales/Program Engineer. My main two jobs here are inside sales and programming for the machines. I also handle Purchasing and Customer Service. I attended UW Oshkosh for a year working on general education classes. Then I transferred up to UW Fox Valley in Menasha, where I'm currently working toward my Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. When I am not working I enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, and usually have some kind of side project I'm working on or thinking about to keep occupied.
Josh Mueller
Josh Mueller - Inside Sales/Program Engineer. I am currently a student at UW-Fox Valley in pursuit of my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am an active member in the MCAA chapter (Mechanical Contractors Association of America) at UW-Fox Valley. I enjoy the outdoors and sports, especially car racing. In my free time during the summer months I work on a local racing team that competes at Wisconsin International Raceway.
